♦ Led effort within the Florida Sheriff's Association to provide cyber-safety training for all Florida school children
♦ Member of President George W. Bush's Presidental Council on School Safety
♦ Successfully consolidated police services with the cities of Inverness and Crystal River
♦ Partnered with the Department of Children and Families to administer child protective services
♦ Partnered with Citrus County government to provide animal control services
♦ Partnered with the Citrus County Fire Rescue Services to form a single, efficient public safety agency, an historic move for Citrus County to further ensure the safety of our citizens for years to come
